What we can do, we must do!

At AAP Aviation, we believe that sustainability is not just a concept, but the new (and only) way of operating. By aligning our practices with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, particularly goals 5 (gender equality), 8 (decent work and economic growth), and 9 (industry, innovation and infrastructure), we are working to make a significant difference in the world of aviation and beyond.

Gender equality, diversity
and inclusion

To foster an environment of equality, diversity and inclusivity is one of our top priorities. Today, we proudly boast a balanced gender distribution at AAP Aviation, and with 50% women and 50% men employed, we are breaking barriers and empowering individuals to excel in their careers, regardless of their gender.

But beyond that, within our many employees around the globe, we celebrate diversity with numerous nationalities represented. Only at our HQ we have six different nationalities among fourteen employees. Our industry still has a long way to go on championing diversity, equity and inclusion, and we’ll keep committed to actively contributing to a more sustainable and fair society.

Decent Work and Economic Growth

Our Total Crew Management™ concept is at the forefront of our sustainable practices. By reversing traffic and employing people where they live, we are facilitating competitive terms locally and enabling individuals to thrive in their communities. This approach ensures decent work opportunities for our diverse workforce of various nationalities, promoting economic growth and sustainable development both locally and globally.

High quality and compliant

At AAP Aviation, to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance while ensuring the well-being of our team members is a must. We place great importance on the value of collective bargaining and solid labor agreements (CBA and CLA), and focus on creating an environment that empowers our team members to create a sustainable and successful career path.

Flexibility + adaptability

People want flexibility and adaptability at the same time as they need job security, and to offer secure employment at competitive terms locally - where people live and work - is essential to us. With that, we support airlines on reversing traffic and consequently, contribute to shaping economic growth on various regions.

Industry, innovation
and infrastructure

As part of our commitment to sustainable innovation, we take a position in the future of aviation with groundbreaking projects, such as the development of a new air mobility network in which AAP Aviation intends to purchase 40 Lilium Jets. Through this collaboration, we further enhance our commitment to sustainable industry and infrastructure by fostering innovation, and aligning our goals with the changing needs of the aviation landscape.
