  • To update your CV for a job application, log in to your AAP Aviation candidate profile and upload your new document in the Applications section.

  • There is a one-week waiting period before you can reapply for the same position, due to system restrictions.

  • Usually, the recruitment process may take between 4 and 8 weeks.

    Throughout this period, you'll be regularly updated via the AAP Aviation portal, such as receiving invitations to the Assessment Center.

  • Yes, we aim to contact all applicants — whether you are moving forward or not. Please check your spam/junk folder and ensure your profile email is correct.

Application process

    Typically, candidates are expected to maintain good physical and mental health, possess a high school diploma, and preferably have prior customer service experience. Meeting the minimum height requirement and maintaining a clean criminal record are also standard requirements for the Cabin Crew position.

  • Whether you can work as cabin crew with tattoos or piercings depends on the airline.

    Some airlines allow small tattoos, or tattoos if they are not visible in uniform, while others do not.

    Always check the company and job ad for each airline’s tattoo policy.

  • No, you must meet all the requirements listed in the job ad. These will be checked during the assessment day and onboarding.

  • Yes, you can apply for cabin crew jobs based in another country with AAP Aviation. Please note: you’ll usually need to attend interviews and training in the job’s base city, and you are responsible for your own relocation.

  • No, AAP Aviation does not provide relocation support. If you are hired, you are responsible for arranging your own move to the base city for the cabin crew job.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • An assessment center is an organized event dedicated to a specific position, where multiple candidates are invited to participate. During this event, you will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters and ask questions. The assessment center includes a company presentation about a position, individual interviews, group exercises, and various tests designed to evaluate you as a candidate.
